Due to the deep tread depth the tyre is also excellent for outdoor use.

There are two types of forklift tyres.

• Standard, as in normal frame. It can be used with lock rim wheels and split wheels.
• Fix, as in quick frame. It can be used with a Lemmerz wheel. It is very common in the new forklifts, especially the German brands (Linde, Still, Clark). The fix type is getting more common with other brands as well due to the easy installation.
