Lightness and durability through rimforging

• In the first phase of rimforging, the wheel blank is installed on the forging machine and heated up.
• In the second phase, a specially designed hydraylic forging roll forges the rim wider.
• In the third phase, the rim is forged to its final form and width.
• As the result of forging, the grain structure of the aluminium will become denser and stronger, which leads to a thinner and lighter, but more durable wheel.
